初始化连接参数哪些可以省略？
//ip, voipServer port, websocket port, webrtc port, webrtc ip
StarRtc.Instance.setVoipServerInfo(privateURL, 10086, 10087, 10088, webrtcIP)

都不能省略，你需要msgserver和voipserver
