Hi there.
Can this blog system be used as members only blog?
I mean, want to authenticate to read and edit articles.

How do I get into the control panel?
How do I log in as an administrator and add articles

Go to admin subdomain. You can also change that in web-admin.php.

Can this blog system be used as members only blog? Yes but you have to change permisions on your own using web.php.
