Improve concept of "all" for IoT devices

The concept of "all" in the IoT space, could and should be improved to support better interaction in the way humans use to do it.

For example I should be able to ask " are all the windows closed?", and the assistant should answer "yes" or "all the windows are closed but the kitchen one is open" or something like that.
