Fix default time range in super admin

Describe the bug
Right now the default time range is set to 30 days instead of 7 days.

Expected behavior
The date range should be 7 days.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Browser: Chrome

Acceptance Criteria

• I have tested on Chrome desktop
• I have posted a video in my PR
• I have created a test that asserts the default range when initially opening superadmin is 7 days.
