Tobi has installed cypress into our frontend: stakwork/sphinx-tribes-frontend#19

Let's do the same with sphinx-stak so that we can run this as the backend inside of github actions.

We will also need to provide some dummy data to finalize all the things needed to do this successfully in github actions.
