Inconsistent Bounties filtering and display

We have wildly inconsistent display and filtering of the Bounties in the different views on the front end.

This ticket will consolidate a number of changes that need to be brought into line.

Yes about to record a loom.
There's at least three different screens where the bounty filtering is all over the place that need to be brought into line :)

Oh! I'll definitely look into this, I have simplified some code but an unwanted complexity might be running this
