Investigate why lightning payment didn't succeed and the failure not appear immediately

A user made a payment of 200,000 sats to his Muun wallet. The balance was initially deducted but was never received in Muun.

The payment did get resolved after some time when they carried out some other transactions.

It would be great to understand why the payment failed and any improvements we can make here.

The user came through support email and initially thought their sats were lost which is not a good UX, especially as we start ramping up bounties.
