This is a great idea to fix the UX issue with unintentional territory searches! Territory searches are now explicit in the search bar.

An improvement in a follow-up PR could be to add territory autocomplete that gets triggered when one types ~ and add the existing mention/nym autocomplete to the search (and vice versa add territory autocomplete during crafting posts and comments).
