Bibliographic references missing a ref element pointing to a bibl record

There are a number of bibl elements for bibliographic items that lack a ref element that points either to a Zotero record or a temporary smblBibl ID.

Found 626 hits with <bibl restricting to bibl[not(@type="MS")][not(ptr)][not(ref)] which is quite a bit to review by hand...Possibly could have a student help?

• note that Fix where some tei:ref elements added outside of their tei:bibl #1937 might reduce the number of hits

Some of these, e.g. in 1092.xml, may also need to be something other than bibl. Quite a few might be literary works which need to instead be a tei:ref with either @target of a Syriaca work URI or @type="work"

An initial student task might be to review and change which are references to literary works, then go through and find or create bibl records in CBSS for the remaining
