Apologies for reviving this old issue but I'm facing the same problem as on this thread. I have copied the details below when trying to attach to desktop. I cannot watch the tutorial videos or connect to PBI service so imagine it is an issue with connection to the internet but can't find anywhere how to resolve this. Error HTTP/500: Failed to fetch. |

I have had my IT team check that the firewall isn't blocking access to the web and they have confirmed it isn't, but they are yet to investigate any further if there are any setup requirements they need to perform? |

Describe the problem
I just downloaded the latest version of Bravo and when I try to connect to a PBI file I get
Error HTTP/500: Failed to fetch.
Version: 1.0.1 (1.0.8381.30060)
I'm assuming its a configuration issue on my side but I don't know where to start? Any ideas on this error?
