With the software version of v3.0.20 I can't connect the SKY panels in home assistant. Is this fixable?

Unfortunately, no.
They changed something about the LaMetric integration, which broke this integration. This "hack" here was intended as a stop-gap solution whilst my code changes were going to be upstreamed.

After my library changes haven't been merged for over an year, because @frenck the maintainer of the demetrick library abandoned the support pretty much.

LaMetric developers open pull request has also recently been closed: frenck/python-demetriek#720

Feel free to open an issue to home assistant for LaMetric SKY Support, maybe that will get @frenck s attention towards his library again, so we can get the updated library and have the new features integrated. Before the library is not updated, no progress can be made towards a proper home assistant integration.
