How can i install in windows 10.

I installed VTK 8.1, PCL 1.8.1, Qt 5.7. And i build this tool. I got error with .dll when i run .exe file. How can i fix it?

Hi, how did you build the .exe file? I myself am having issues building the file when i try to build it with visual Studio 2019.

Sadly I did not, I get 53 errors when trying to build the core + visualizer .exe . I found a different tool that looks promising though :

Hi，I also met the problem for the point_cloud_annotation_tool.exe file.
I build the tool with 0 errors. However, when I run the generated .exe file, the error is 应用程序无法正常启动(0xc000007b)
Moreover, in the same folder, only two files are generated.
Anyone knows why?
Because I build VTK8.0, PCL-1.8.1 and QT5.7 successfully, so I think the errors are related to the last step which is to build the annotation tool.
