Describe the bug
windows sts zip file is giving error while extracting. i tried many times but the issue is in sts zip file.

To Reproduce
fix that zip file.

Can you paste the link to the zip file you download?

The 4.27.0 download zip from https://spring.io/tools seems fine to me... If this is about the snapshot build of 4.28.0 then windows EXE signing is currently down hence you may experience issues with it... although I'd expect issues launching the STS rather than extracting the zip...
