Need SBM jar with fix for "adhere to settings.xml"

We are unable to use SBM in a client environment since it does not adhere to the settings.xml. We found that, this issue fixed as part of this : #986 but only under the version/revamp branch. We are unable to build this branch, there are a bunch of build issues. Code out of the main branch builds fine but it does not contain the fix for settings.xml.

Here is the fix we are looking for in SBM : #573
