Workflow to create PR against Spoons repository. #2

Create a GitHub workflow to do the following when a merge to main happens:

  1. Create a new branch on the https://github.com/sprak3000/Spoons repo with the updated code.
  2. Opens a PR against the upstream https://github.com/Hammerspoon/Spoons repo.

While there is a PR open already, addressing it in this repo to prove out the process is a potential start.
