Zerprize Limited is a New Zealand registered company working globally since 2003. We have worked with some of the worlds most recognised brands, developing software to support leading advances in safety, environment and risk management.
Our current focus is on supporting the academic community with software to model complex socio-technical systems using the Functional Resonance Analysis Method. This methodology has been used successfully to model, understand and improve high risk or high consequence systems such as healthcare, air traffic control, nuclear power plants, autonomous vehicles/robots and other industrial settings.
Current research and development is working on ways of quantifying the analysis of these models to develop a consistent and repeatable approach to better understanding and improving our increasingly complex world. The community that is involved in this work is committed to the results being publicly available and encourages further research and development that builds on previous work.
With this, the principles of open source software are also fundamental, and we see sponsorship as an important way to support the ongoing maintenance and development of the software while making the results openly available to the wider community.
If you use our software to teach FRAM courses, or use it extensively in your work, please explore the sponsorship options to find an appropriate way to contribute to the project.
