CrudRoute throws "No controller given" if controller is not specified under defaults

CrudRoute currently throws 'No controller given' if Controller was specified on the same level as route, i.e.

'route' => '/crud',
'controller' => 'MyController'

throws while

'route' => '/crud'
'defaults' => array(
     'controller' => 'MyController'
)

works.

Suggestion for fix line 80,81:

    $controller = isset($options['controller']) ? $options['controller'] : null;
    if (!$controller) $controller = isset($defaults['controller']) ? $defaults['controller'] : array();
