[Feature Request]: Add option to scan QR code to add a private Electrum server.

There are times when being able to scan the QR code of your private Electrum server can greatly simplify the process. For example, if you are using Sparrow on TailsOS and want to add an onion address of your server, you have no choice but to add it manually or rely on Electrum to scan the QR code of your Electrum server. It would be very helpful to have a QR viewer to add an Electrum server to enhance the user experience.

Ronin Dojo, Umbrel, Start9, Mynode... have the option to connect via QR code.
