[Feature Request] Option to Deduct Transaction Fee from Recipients in Single and Bulk Transactions

Description

Requesting an option to deduct the transaction fee directly from recipients' amounts in both single and bulk transactions. This feature would allow users to charge the transaction fee to each recipient, rather than adjusting amounts manually.

Problem

Currently, if I want the recipients to cover the transaction fee, I must calculate each fee deduction manually, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. This issue is particularly challenging for bulk transactions with multiple recipients, where each amount has to be individually adjusted to account for the fee.

Proposed Solution

Add an option in Sparrow Wallet to automatically deduct the transaction fee from the recipient(s). For example, if the total transaction fee is 300 sats, enabling this option would deduct the fee proportionally across all recipients in bulk transactions, or directly from a single recipient in a one-on-one transaction.

Benefits

This feature would make both single and bulk transactions more efficient when the transaction fee is intended to be charged to the recipient(s). It would save time and reduce manual calculations, benefiting users who frequently send to one or multiple addresses.
