Issue JP-3788 was created on JIRA by David Law:

There are a few tweaks that would be useful in the spaxel debugging tool for cube building.  First would be to print the filename associated with a given set of pixel outputs.  Second, the ordering of printed outputs is incorrect, being labelled spaxel, flux, x, y but actually printing spaxel, x, y, flux
