Currently there is no proven Wifi module for the RFDuino, let alone support.
Combined with some possible future network uses, I surgest moving to the YUN system with an Bluethoot LE shield and prototype shield(for door controller).
Currently due to other hardware requirements the Small form factor of the RFduino brings more issues to the project than solutions. Where (for example) the YUN already has native wifi and NTP support.
Also this gives some possibilities to solve the problem concerning wanting the AES keys on an external server instead of a .plist
Only issue is the price, which gets a little higher this way, but still nowhere close to a commercial solution.
