The -w and -W options are described in sslproxy(1). SSLproxy does not have an option to auto generate the CA cert it uses to forge the certs, you should pass it using the -c and -k options.
Sorry, it is not a bug but just a question for how to generate cert and key on the fly with -W? I tried many ways but no success. Thanks.
