Jenkins plugin for Unikernels using unik

Hi,
I discovered that there is currently no Jenkins plugin for Unikernels (at least I couldn't find one) and I'm thinking of building one, using Unik.

I was thinking of building it equivalent to some, already existing, docker plugins (e.g. docker-build-step-plugin ).
It probably makes sense to use the Unik REST API directly, but I couldn't find a documentation for it, just this open issue #59.

Are you planing on adding this documentation?
Also what do you think in general about this idea?
