Export reports in CSV format

At the moment there is no option to export results in other formats such as Excel.
SocNetV calls the default browser to show its reports, because these are formatted as HTML pages (with sorting etc) and some of them even have graphics embedded.
We could however add an option to export the tabulated results only in a CSV file so that you can open it with your favorite spreadsheet software.
