User configuration in .conf files should be defined as the following:

chemistPreprocessorHttpClient {
  baseUri = "http://localhost:8080"
  baseUri = ${?CHEMIST_PREPROCESSOR_BASE_URI}
  ...
}

Pureconfig doesn't load them, whereas Play loads the same configuration well.
