As discussed in #89 podman has a configured timeout that is much, much, lower than dockers, and this can lead to odd behavior with the java-docker library.
This issue seems to be in discussion for over a year, with no immediate resolution, we should link to information on how to reconfigure podman to have longer timeouts until a better fix is available.
