Custom Docker Host not functional if added via editDockerConfig

as per title, setting a custom docker host using editDockerConfig on the generated DSL fails, because the corresponding update to dockerSocket is not made as expected.

need to revisit constructors of config objects and ensure properties that are co-dependent have setters and common logic to update appropriately.
