Use the automatically_extensible flag to drop entity values or not

Description
The idea is that when an entity is set as automatically extensible, we want to assess the generalization power of the NLU regarding values of this entity that haven't been seen.
In the current state, when computing metrics, the NLU has access to all entity values declared in the "entities" field.
