Hi, on my development laptop with a weird mix of package versions I am getting multiple methods tables found for ‘filterFeatures’ , maybe this calls for some versioned dependencies somewhere. Yours, Steffen

filterFeatures() is defined in the ProtGenerics package (for sure since the Bioconductor 3.20 version). In xcms we're importing that method from ProtGenerics and not defining it anymore. Can you maybe ensure you're using the most recent versions? Worst case installing the ProtGenerics dev version from github (BiocManager::install("RforMassSpectrometry/ProtGenerics")).
