Game tested: SNES Test Program

The Super Scope test essentially hangs once you pass TEST AIM, as the next screen requires pressing the Scope's pause button to proceed. This seems to be essentially unmapped in GTK, and worse, the Super Scope controls cannot be remapped.

Congratulations! You're the first person to notice that the Super Scope isn't implemented in the Gtk port.

Ok, I've added the minimal amount to get past the test screen and use the superscope, but the controls are still hardcoded to the mouse buttons.

You have to use the grab mouse function to get proper aim.
