Add different possible UI themes, which can be chosen in the preferences.
We could extract the current CSS, and serve it as a single file which we can call the 'default' theme.
New theme CSS files could be added. One of the theme files could then be chosen in the preferences.
Anyone could create and push new CSS themes to the repo.

This is a follow up of #57
