Describe the bug
Accessibility of the tabs via arrow buttons is broken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open settings
  2. Select a tab by clicking it or using tab button
  3. Using the key arrows doesn't cycle through the next tabs

Expected behavior
key arrows should cycle through all the tabs

Machine (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [e.g. Windows 10]
  • Electron version: [e.g. 13.1.5]
  • electron-preferences version: current development (2.8.1)

Is there much enthusiasm for doing this? We are excited to use this project and accessibility is a key requirement and is also a nice thing to do for people.

There is... however @pvrobays is pretty much the only maintainer at this point so I imagine he's spread pretty thin
