Trace IDs passed via the header http.request.headers.Elastic-Apm-Traceparent/http.request.headers.Traceparent are currently ignored and a new ID is assigend. We should do it like Django or Flask.

@benedikt-budig I have fixed this, but don't have the rights to push to this repo 😅 If you add me, I'll open a PR.
