I wouldn't think so, no. "Compilation" is the process of converting source code into CPU architecture instructions, and a lot of work goes into writing compilers in such a way that they behave identically on different processors for the same source code.
Is there any possibility to get different results running the very same integration with different CPU architectures? say, Intel and AMD?
