Badges Cards not visible and Education timeline cards not appearing dynamically #1353

Badges cards are not showing/visible in the Education Page though the logic for it is in place in the code. Also, the education timeline cards are not gradually and dynamically appearing as you scroll the page. They are all already there/loaded and are not gradually appearing one at a time when user is scrolling (the animation is not working).
