dynamically register the api key/secret template so that the authn method becomes available after the service startup

I didn't have the template for apikey so my deployments were failing because now node executor require the availability of this auth method to communicate with the server.
Without the template, the key are generated correctly but when trying to login with then a 404 is returned.
Since this is required for SlipStream to work, the template has to be automatically added the same way internal method is added.
