Display list of available storage classes by cluster in Create Volume form #101

In the create a volume form, can we add a feature that displays the available storage classes after the cluster is selected. I should be an AJAX call after the cluster is selected. The info should be pulled any time the cluster selection is changed.

I'll put in an issue/enhancement for the API server to list available storage classes by cluster.
