E.g. latest, latest-trunk, 5.*, etc.

latest-trunk could already be implemented by parsing https://download.swift.org/development/ubuntu2004/latest-build.yml.

This is the last feature I'd like so that I can switch over my CI job that checks for the latest Swift build from each branch and gets it.
