When multiple machines behind NAT need to connect to each other through a relay, if one machine occupies all the relay bandwidth due to transferring a large number of files, the transmission speed of other machines will be slowed down. In order to ensure balanced bandwidth allocation, it is recommended to limit the bandwidth usage of each machine.
