Compare mode but ignore a list of provided keys

Few dynamic fields like currentTime fails with static expected String. Could have a mode where I can ignore a set of keys. Instead of removing them from expected altogether.
Please close if I have missed it and it exists.
If not, open to contributions?

@LightingTom Doesn't seem like the maintainer is active on the issues any more. I would probably fork this out and work on things.
