Think port made to android device because no good standalone VB emulator one on Google play old and outdated way to many audio bug as Virtual Virtual Boy see every more buggy also probably help project get people instead one died system on many system.

Probably alot not sure easy prott a 3ds emulator ro android device many do different arm cpu used sure once up and running probably alor easy fixed up sure brute force used quite bit when done.

RetroArch can do this and is available for Android.

Furthermore, I don't know of any smartphone with the 3D capabilities of a Nintendo 3DS.
