Is there an existing issue for this?

Issue Description

There is no any file name contributing.md , So the contributors didn't understand that how to raise PR and how can they work on that.

Suggested Change

I want to add the following points-
Project Overview
How to Contribute
Contribution Guidelines
Opening a Pull Request
Issue Report Process
Technologies Used
Community and Communication
Project Structure
Inspiration for Contributions

Also , I will try to make ik more creative.
If any further changes required please tell me.
