We just discussed about this with Kimmo. Is this kind of a feature easy to build?

I feel such feature should be provided by the ASI platform. They have/claim such email feature for some other scenario(s).
API doc claims that when a user is created in the platform, platform sends a welcome email to new user. As such, I didn't see it working.
I this we should request ASI. If they don't provide such feature, we can add in AL.
