Axis Mundi will run on OSX without modification although at present there is no binary executable. A binary will be available from release 0.1 onwards.
To run Axis Mundi from source on OSX it it necessary to install the Homebrew package and some dependencies as shown below:
1) Install Homebrew
$ ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
$ export PATH=/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:$PATH
2) Install system dependencies
$ brew install python
$ brew install wxpython
$ brew install gpg
$ brew install wget
3) Get Axis Mundi latest source
$ wget https://github.com/six-pack/Axis-Mundi/archive/master.zip
$ unzip master.zip
$ cd Axis-Mundi-Master
4) Get Axis Mundi python requirements
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
5) Now you're done - just execute Axis Mundi
$ ./axismundi.py
6) If you want to create a working binary executable then install pyinstaller and execute the supplied config file
$ pip install pyinstaller
$ pyinstaller -c axismundi_osx.spec
7) Your single file Axis Mundi binary is now available in the dist directory - copy it to wherever you want to and in future just double click axismundi to run.
