Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The SITMUN installation should incorporate a pre-configured dataset in the Manager that at least allows for a fully functional visualizer. The viewer should contain data that can be reused in the maximum number of territories (data from the general state administration, Europe, provincial)

Describe the solution you'd like
Once SITMUN is installed, there is by default a fully functional generic IDE viewer display, with multiple assigned territories and with the following data:

Background Maps- IGN base

Layers

It could be interesting to explore the full functionality of the viewer and so define layers with spatial selection enabled (with an associate WFS), or multiple trees (f.i. layer organized by theme or by origin)

Local Layers

(from all the SITMUN parters...)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Tha IDE generic aplication could have more than one territory. And depending on the territory selectd, specific layers could appear (layers from de local SDI)
