Describe the bug
After creating a new territory, the data entered in its creation cannot be accessed from its editing form.
Therefore, it is not possible to consult or modify the existing information. If you try to enter any new data, it asks you to enter all the data again. At the same time, it is verified that this territory exists in the sitmun content, as it can be used and linked from other elements, such as roles, applications, etc.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to ‘Territori’
  2. Create a new territory
  3. After saving it, go to ‘Edit’
  4. You cannot see the data.

Expected behavior
You can view the data in the Edit Territory form and modify it.

The territory that does not have a central coordinate point entered does not allow its data to be consulted. By entering the coordinates directly in the ‘ter_center’ field from the database management software, the data of that territory are retrieved and can be consulted in the sitmun admin application.

Related to the behaviour change described in sitmun/sitmun-backend-core#189. Coordinates are optional after implementing the change.
