Describe the bug
When 'background map type' is selected in a 'Permisos sobre les capes' group, it disappears from the list being impossible to acces to it again. And it does not appear in the 'Capes de fons' list as it should.

To Reproduce
Open de SITMUN admin

  1. Go to 'Permisos sobre les capes'.
  2. Click on the edit button fo any register.
  3. Select 'background map' in the Tipus combo.
  4. Save and go back to the list.
  5. The group has dissapeard and it is impossible to acces to it again.

Expected behavior

Option 1. In 'Permisos sobre les capes' list the 'Background map' type is not listed. So it is only possible to create, acces and edit those types from the 'mapes de fons' menú.

Opton 2. When a 'Permisos sobre les capes type is changed to background map, it should appear in the 'Capes de fons' menu list, but it should not disappear from the 'permissions on capes' group (so it can be changed back the type if required).
