Hi, is there a way to confirm that the network is being throttled? I run throttle --up 10000 --down 30000 --rtt 80 --log and then to test it a run networkQuality but I'm not seeing the throttled numbers:
Hi @mint3000 it seems networkQuality do not care about the setup, I get the same as you. I usually use it with Browsertime/sitespeed.io but else you can just try your browser and test with 3g or something.

but I'm not seeing the throttled numbers:==== SUMMARY ====
Upload capacity: 39.047 Mbps
Download capacity: 758.893 Mbps
Upload flows: 20
Download flows: 16
Responsiveness: Medium (661 RPM)
Is that expected?
Thanks,
Ryan.
