The plugin relies on a set cookie to remember a visitor who's accessed the site with a preview link. That doesn't work in situations where caching is enabled. Consider alternate methods or consider using JavaScript cookies with AJAX: http://esanctuary.net/cookies-with-wordpress-caching/
