SiPeed Logic Analyzer in offical pulseview #698
Comments
+1 http://sigrok.org/wiki/Windows#Firmware Also, I am not an expert in licensing, but pulseview is licensed under GPL3.0 |
Same here, I am using pulseview with scope and SLogic. Also sipeed provided app crashes sometimes |
Providing an AppImage binary version of Pulseview with a libsigrok modified for SLogic support, without releasing the source code. Sounds like a violation of the GPL to me, don't you think? |
Hello,
i am curious if you plan to add the logic analyzer to the official pulseview / sigrok repository.
I have just purchased the device and checked in the offical pulseview app, without success. (latest nightly)
Instead I have installed your version, which then wont let me use my other devices compatible with pulseview.
I have look coarsely for a push request for addition and a wiki page on the sigrok wiki, but nothing is pointing for a official support.
Can you start this process? Would make my live much easier and also we could use up-to-date versions of pulseview.
